Hi Sanju

Finger Print not done.I am also suprised why they issued rfe on both I-140 and I-485 at the same time.Replied both RFE on 06/07/04.No updates on my case.website still shows the old messag

I got RFE for both I-140(educatrion evaluation) and I-485(original letter on company letterhead )
I am not sure why i got this rfe for I-485.
I am hoping for the best.

My Last update status changed on June 14, 2004 we received your response to our request for evidence or information.
 
1) Can somebody let me know, is there any chance for RFE on company ability to pay at I-485 stage?

2) What are the common possible RFEs at I-485 stage?

What it is about?

I'm in the same boat.
My 140 is approved on 05/17/04 after RFE on Exp. letter
And on 06/06/04 I saw RFE status on my 485.
We(My lawyer) have still not received RFE.
Was reading to your previous post and so thought to ask you.

Help - I485 Rfe --

Hello friends,

I got rfe on I-140 (04-MAy-04) and I-485 (06-Jun-04) .
I-140 Rfe replied on 01-Jul-04, did not get I-485 Rfe yet, So my lawyer requested duplicate copy on 07/14/04.
Today my lawyer personally went to vermount office (becs her office s few miles away from vermount office) again asked for duplicate copy..Officer kept her waiting and did investigation and told her tht they have all information what they need for I-485.
do not need any addional information...
according to My lawyer, LUD on 485 should change within 1-2 weeks.

I don't knw wht to say..Have any one gone through ths...please help me....

To MA_USER whadup , MA-USER tiger2025... Did you get ur I-485 Rfe and I-140 Approved ?

My I140 got approved .Later in few weeks I received the RFE on I485.It was a letter of employment.The status got updated in 2 weeks saying it received it.No updates after that.
