I-140 revoke - Help needed

Filed 485 and 140 concurrently. It was already more then 190 days now from the receipt date. How do you know whether your employer had revoked your I-140 or not? How many days it will take you get a letter from BCIS in the case of deny.

Check BCIS online case status using I-140 receipt number.

Is this will show immediately after the revoke? or will it take some time? Do I or Lawer will get a letter from BCIS?

if I-140 is revoked it will probably show it immediately.

you will be able to check the status online or by phone using i140 receipt nb but you will not be notified otherwise. also BCIS/USCIS do not update the status system promptly. BUT as you have filed i485 which is your petition (not your employers) BCIS/USCIS will send you a denial letter to your address stating the reason. this will take any time after 2 weeks
