I-140 revocation letter

We received a notice of the revocation letter and its petitioner's burden to prove his ability to pay. The petitioner submitted his tax returns and pay stubs along with I-290B via a lawyer who actually filed the I-140 petition. The lawyer sent the docs to the address that is on the revocation letter, but I-290B which is Appeals has to go to a different address (Pheonix,AZ).
We are totally worried since it is sent to different address would the consider interoffice transfer? or reject our docs? Since it is time-sensitive can the petitioner send a motion to reconsider for the same response? (Appeal -18 days, motion to reconsider-33 days)
We don't know what to do? Please advice
