I am soon leaving the company that filed my I-140, I have all the documentation. I-140 ,Permanent LCA, etc.
The new company is filing a peition for 3yrs extension based on I-140 approval, so I plan to use AC21 portability to keep the 485 alive.

My question is this, how do I know if my I-140 is revoked in the future?
I have set up alerts with USCIS status updates, is there any other way to ensure that I will come to know immediately of any revocation of my I-140?

Advanced Thanks!

If you have the receipt no add that to your USCIS portfolio. Whenever there is a change in the case you will receive an email

Send the AC21 letter ASAP, you will not have any problem.
As per AC21, my understanding is your I140 will always be approved state
1) I140 is approved and you have stayed with the filing empoyer for 6 months
2) I140 application was not forged in the first place. ie., if they find that the approval of I140 is wrong then they CAN (not necessarily will) deny the I485.
3) If they want to deny I485 with the approved I140, they will have to give a notice of intend to deny with the reason.
Again this is my UNDERSTANDING.

Good luck!!
