I-140 - Response to RFE Recieved

The AVM says the response to RFE recieved. It may take upto 240 days to process this case. And a written communication will be sent. Is this normal???

It is normal, we all heard the same message. Approval will come with in couple of weeks.

It Should come within 3-10 Days from the day you hear that your Reponse is recived.

My RFE received by INS on september 24th (VSC).
Still no reply
