I-140 ref asked

Hi,

My case was filed on february 14th 2003. Today, INS issued REF for my case. My case was filed under EB2 (I have MS in software, MBA from USA) & worked more than 7 years in USA.

What kind of REF INS asking for I-140? Please share REF details for I-140.

The following are some of the reasons:

* Asking to see the financial ability of the company to pay you
the salary promised.

* More details about your education.

* More detailed experience letters.

* If it is a case of LC substitution, a letter stating that no I-140
has been filed for the earlier employee or if filed , it has been
withdrawn.
