I 140 REDO to mail before RFE or Not please answer

I am facing the following situation, since i was pretty sure that i am going to get I 140 redo, i did before they asked for it and it has been approved.
Now my nd is 11/03/99 so INS VSC has not yet looked at my file, should i mail the 140 redo before, they ask for it. looks like it may save me some time. but some one said they ignore unsoliciated mail.
Please let me know if you sent i140 redo approval before INS asked for it??

Probably you should not send it in. Wait and see. Since you have the (I-140 redo) approval already, it should not take too much time after you reply to an RFE, if in case one is issued....

I would say that you go ahead and request that the new -140 be substituted on your pending I-485, thus hopefully, saving you from the delay associated with an RFE. Speak with you lawyer about this option.

Since you have the (I-140 redo) approval already, Usually it is always better to answer to the question to INS people.

My lawyer is not even ready to do the I-140 redo with out RFE.
