Hi,I know this has been hot discussed topic,and I have a question for all experts out there.
My PD Aug 97 ND RD Sep 99 FP Aug 00 Ref Oct oo Received by Ins Nov 00,waiting for visa dates for approval(acc to IIO). Finally my husban\'s employer decided to change their name.But we have same tax ID,should we have to go for I140redo.If so, would we wait for INS to issue an another Rfe. According to our lawyer we do not need another I140 amended. Any advice is greately appreciated.
