Mine also got updated.
Rfe for 140 redo received by VSC on 10/26, ND-10/28 as per the receipt. EAC-01-021-*******.
The msg for 485 changed today saying \' It was received on 11/22 and it will take 365 days...\'
Hope it comes thru in a month. I am surprised to see you still waiting.

you wont beleive but i got rfe in sep 2000 for i140, replied to rfe end of sep nd for i140 oct 2 2000 and today the msg changed to
"Received reply for RFE on Nov 22nd. usually it takes 365-540 days. Since some processing is already done now
it will take 180 days"
my i140 has not approved yet my eac is eac-01-001-xxxxx for i140.
I dont know what this means after waiting for so long.

a sinha and others have already got the approvals. i dont know what is happening.

I am confused. You all submitted I485 assume you have a approved I140.
Could you please kindly explain why you need redo I140?

How come all I-140 redo applications have the same RD 11/22/00 (eventhough, three of us replied at different times)that too one day before thanks giving day. Any idea?

I was told by IIO that the automated system didn\'t work properly and it was set right few days back. So far everyone, they have recorded a standrd msg.

My I-140 redo RD is 10/24/2000 and ND is 10/27/2000.
EAC-01-021-*****. No approval yet.
Previously we\'ve seen I-140 redo\'s getting approval in 2-3 weeks
time. Not sure what\'s happening!

Have any of u guys\'s talked to an IIO about this?

Do we have to talk to an IIO and tell them that this I-140
is not a new case, but an response to an RFE?

I have only seen one i140 redo approved having oct as the ND ie for 485notdone. all others are still waiting.

I-140 REDO Receipt Date : October 25 2000
I-140 REDO ND : October 27 2000

Yesterday(I-485) the msg changed to
"Received reply for RFE on Nov 21nd. usually it takes 365-540 days. Since some processing is already done now
it will take 180 days"
My I-140 message says it is taking 180 to 240 days.
Any idea!?!
