I-140 redo (company name change) for EB 1

My company name was changed. It was not acquired by a new company but the same parent company changed the name of our company. The kind of work and the corporate structure is exactly the same.

For EB 1 does one have to redo I-140, because EB1 is not exactly based on job but the kind of field one is working in.
