I -140 Redo approved on 02/13/01

Update on my I-140 redo, glad to share info about my 140-redo approval on 02/13/01.

I spoke to an IIO who has told that my I140 has been approved Today!.
Asked IIO if she can look into my 485, she verified and said they are waiting for some info since Nov14,2000.At that point I told her my I140-redo is infact a response to that query.After that I was told my 485 processing officer will be notified of I-140 redo approval, and indicated to call after a week or two.

I know for sure lot of fellow applicants are in similar situation as I am and again reueqst you guys to please share info

With reference to Tailgate posting, is the hold on I140 redo or for all RFE cases including simple RFE\'s. We are not seeing any approvals lately, people even without RFE\'s are waiting for approval. I think there is hold on 485 approvals in VSC. Any comments ?

Kuru Murthy, Mine is a intent to deny RFE replied and recorded by INS as of 11/14/00. Of course my PD became current as of 2/1/2001, my PD being 4/1/97. My ND is 8/27/99, PD current, RFE replied 3 months back. Still no signs of approval. I have no answer for my wait.

Krishsar, no matter whether it\'s a intent to deny or some other RFE we are all struck in the same process.I guess we have no other option but wait,as a consolation just remember we all got company!.
