Can any one tell me, how many days it will take to get receipt for I-140?

I got today my RD,ND and EAC number from VSC. Details:
RD: OCT 12, 2001
ND: OCT 23, 2001
EAC# 02-019-5XXXX
PD: Jan 4, 2001.
Opted for CP New Delhi on I-140 filed case.

I-140 issue

Hi
I am new to this board.
I would like to know something about my current I-140 status.
My details are:
RD:08/22
Nd: unknown(lawyer didn\'t mention the date)
EAC: EAC-01-259-xxxxx
Yesterday, when i heard the AVM, it says a duplicate notice has been sent on 6th November. Can any one please let me know what does it mean actually? do you think they must have sent the notice date?
Can anyone please let me know.
