I-140 receipt TSC

I'm wondering how long it takes TSC to issue receipt after I-140 is physically received by TSC?

Is receipt # is hard copy or email to lawyer?

Does employer gets a copy of the receipt?

When did you apply for I-140? A receipt notice usually takes 2 weeks.

Receipt notice will go to the lawyer for the company and most likely your company Human Resources department. Your company do not have to give you the receipt number for the I-140 since it is their's however most companies will give their employee's the receipt number unless they are not good.

When did you apply for I-140?

USCIS received on March 14.

The attorney will receive the I-140 notice; he/she should then fax or scan/email a copy of it to the employer. The USCIS says they try to issue the receipt notices within 10 business days, but most of the time we see it's anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. Especially with the H-1 cap opening, there will be a longer delay in receipt notices.
Your employer is not required to provide you with the receipt number/copies/etc. - it is at their discretion.
