I-140 receipt date?

Hi,

We filed the I-140 and I-485 concurrently with Nebraska center 3.5 weeks ago. However, we still have not received the receipts yet. My lawyer told me that it is slow to get receipts if the applications stay at the Nebraska center for processing.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for you to receive the receipts from the Nebraska service center?

Today I got a receipt number.

It starts with "LIN", so I suppose it is Lincoln,Nebraska

140 receipt

I am being substituted for a preapproved labor from Texas BEC.
They have applied 140and the lawyer has sent me i-140receipt # wich starts with "A" and has 9 numbers afetr it. I thought i-140receipt # starts with LIN or SRC and 10 numbers afterit.

Can someone know about this receipt numbering?
