I-140 RD May 20, 2003 still pending. Anybody the same situation?

Hi, all, I applide to TSC at May 2003, concurrent filing. EB3. The RD is May 19, 2003. But until now, both I140/485 are still pending. According to the USCIS website, they are processing the applications for the date of August 2003. I am worrying a lot. Does anybody have the similar situation with me? Also, my son did FP about 2 weeks ago, and his I-485 LUD is still the same, no update at all. Could anybody explain to me what is going on at TSC?

Same boat but even worse!

Tim2004, My case is even worse (I just posted question last week about my case)! I filed I140/485 EB3 at TSC with RD of 03/17/2003 but no news on either of them! My co-workers got approved left and right but their RD are much later than mine! And I tried to contact customer service, TSC and Senator's office but no HELP at all so far! So totally understand your frustrated! And I really don't know what processing logic TSC is going by!
