I-140 : RD 10/24/02 and still pending...(EB3, PA, concurrent)

Hi folks.
Can you believe that this I-140 filed 10/24/02 still pending?
I and my lawyer called NCS twice in Jan. and Apr. but there's nothing changed yet.
My lawyer keeps saying there's nothing he can do but calling the VSC once a month.
Is this true? Is there really nothing I can do but just calling them and asking them "Please check my case that was filed 10/24/02".
I feel so hopeless.
Please anybody give me a light in the dark.

Hi Nicolus,
My I-140 and I-485 were submitted on 10/01/02 RD for I-140 is 10/28/02.
I got RFE in last week of of March 04 and replied the same in the same week.
Unfortunately I do not have my EAC# (My Company policy is not to give I-140 EAC#)
we are in the same boat .

I am also in same boat and my I-140 filed on 10/25/02. Even i called NCS in April and opened an inquiry, but no response till now.

This can be a solution.

I don't know how to but this can be our only hope.

Anybody has an experience? Let me know how to, please.
