I-140 Question

Hi;
I am self-petitioning for EB1-AE and NIW simultaneously. Do I have to indicate this on I-140 (Part 4). In Part 4 of I-140 it is asked “Are you filing any other petitions or applications with this one?” If I answer “yes” what kind of explanation should I give?

You are not filing them *together*, so answer "NO".

Filing a petition "WITH this one" means, probably, cases like filing I-130+I-485 in some family cases, or one can imagine other special situations where you *need* your petitions to be considered as one packet.
