I-140 question.

Somebody knows if is possible to get a Social Secury number
even if is no to permit to work for people who got an approved I-140 before they priority date comes current.

I 140 service center

My labor filed in OHIO and approved by DBEC. which service center I need to look for I 140 thread. Is it Nebraska or Dallas

All I-140 are sent to Nebraska for now and Nebraska reassigns them to Texas or other Service Centers.

Hi, I am new to this forum ( labor certified last week). based on the statistics/trend , I wonder you could give some details on below Q (to help decide b4 filing I 140 )

PD: APR 2003/ EB2 /

1. How long it takes I 140 regular processing. Is it better to go for Premium? ( I see I 485 is not current )
2. How much time it takes for Consular processing compared to I 485 AOS ( for those "I 485 current" cases )

Appreciate your help
