I recently got my labor approved from backlog center. now i am thinking if i shud apply for eb-2 to make it faster or apply I-140. I have the following questions:

wat is the advantage of getting I-140 approved?

its just a change of status rite? wat kinda of status change?

if i get my I-140 approved, am I eligible for h1-b visa? will I be able to come back in usa with an H1-B visa after I-140 approval?

In case of approved i140 and retrogression, you can get 3 yr H1 extension after 6 yrs of H1.

Its not a change in status.

You can get extensions to your H1 based on approved i140.

thank you for ur answer. if after my I-140 gets approved and I visit my country 9since my visa has expired) and reapply for H1-B visa from the US consulate will I be elible to get H1-B visa?

Is I-140 approval grounds for H1-B visa denial?
