call NVC at 603-334-0700 and select options 2 and 2 and 3 and 1 and enter your I-140 receipt number. If system says not found, it is a AOS I-140 or it will let you know your I-140 status. If you call between 8 and 3.00 ET officer will answer your problem. Hope it will help you.
AVM says \'We are unable to access your case at this time. press 0 if you want to speak to the representative.\'. I tried this on Saturday at 9:45 AM. Can we call anytime or only during work hours? or Does this mean I am approved for AOS?
