I file my i 140 before 9 months back and i am going for consular processing.If i loose my job then then my I140 is valild or not?

If u lose ur job, you wont even be able to go for CP in the first place!

Just to know that any approval in may.The website says that for EB3 is in april 3 .

You can go for CP even after you loose your job - company will have to give in writing(to be submitted when you are in consulate) that they will hire you once you get GC.
