I-140 Processing time

Hi,

If I apply for I-140 & 485 in October, when do you think I-140 will be approved and can I apply for EAD together while I applying for I-140 & 485 or should I have to wait until I-140 is done?.

When do I get EAD if I apply for it in Oct along with I-140 & 485?.

INS is like stock market man --- never know what happens next.

As of present trends you may expect EAD between 30 - 60 days of time.
Things are random.I know one guy who got I-140 approved within 45 days and did not get EAD for more than 6 months.

You do not need approved I-140 for EAD or AP.

I -140 processing time

I believe, As per last Ohata memo the I-140 & I-480 will be approved at the same time and I-140 will control the processing time right ?
 
Thats what I thought but USCIS is interpreting it the other way round
They are now waiting for 485 times to level out to the 140 times ,so
your 140 will have to wait for who knows how long!!!!!!!
This whole shit has really hit the fan!!!!!!!!!
