I-140 processing time.

From my online case status, it states my I-140 filed will take 360 days. But from California Service Center Processing Dates, the priority date for I-140 is "July 18, 2003".

Which one should I believe? Can I assume it generally takes 9 months or so?

My case is wac03177*****, EB2, still waiting the response,
the online tracking always tells me taking 360days, I guess you were tracking the Extraordinary ability catrgory for the I140,
but for the Skilled worker or professional I140 is May 14,2003.

Which category should I apply?

The processing dates posted are not moving at all for many months now. Infact it went back and again came to July.

does anyone know even if one single i-140 case got approved in the last 3 months??
seems like the repression tactics are continuing.

gcpend got his case approved after replying for the usual RFE.

But there are no other updates on approvals. I feel the 140 thread is dying.
