I-140 Processing at District Office ?????

I have heard of a few cases

140s are not usally approved at local offices. I have seen a few expections to this but they are rare.

Do you know how to track the 140 processing times at dallas office,And I have seen the dallas office does not post the processing dates of 140 at all.
what should I do next.

Talk to them

I would go to the office in person and talk to an officer regarding your case. They should be able to tell you. I have seen a few cases where they called the filer for an interview and at that point the filer found out that the 140 was approved. Yours seems to be similar. If they are unable to give you an update its time to push TSC by inquires and possibly even getting in touch with your local Congressman and Senator. Try and see if your lawyer can file an inquiry through AILA.

I have attended the interview on Jan 11 05,@ the interview the officer asked me regular questions and he said he is approving the 485 application.
He also said he is waiting for 140 to be approved by TSC.
After the TSC dates have moved my RD,my employer called TSC couple of times and recently we got an answer fron TSC supervisor that Dallas DO has requested my 140 application to their office on MAR 01 05.

Now I am not sure how DDO will process my 140 application.
Unfortunately I am working in Atlanta,GA where I am not in a position to go to dallas office(Since consulting and I dont want to change my address since 485 is at DDO).

Can spouse go to DDO and find the status of case ????
Attorney said she will follow up with AILA.
