I-140 Priority Date?

I got the receipt of my recently filed I-140, receipt date was 3-14-03 and Notice Date was 3-17-03. But why there is no information about the Priority Date?

Penpen:

For non-labor based EB GC application, like EB1 and EB2-NIW,
you wouldn't get a priority date until it is approved. If it is
approved, your priority date will be your I-140 notice date (just
like what I have gotten for my approved EB1-OR case). But, if
your I-140 got denied, no need to talk about PD any more.
