I-140 pending

Hi,
My RD for I-140/I-485 is end of 04/2003, EB2,texas center, SRC03149****,
have been waiting for 15 months till now, I-140 is still pending, I got FP done by 08/2003.

Is anyone filing around the same time and heard nothing till now?
I called the attorney who told me it could be the concurrent filing, will be approved concurrent, is that true?

The way it is going ....

Your dream might come true any of these days. We are seeing a lot of activity in april cases and they are beng adjudicated concurrently. So keep ur. fingers crossed and wait.

As an alternative, you can request TSC for expedited processing since ur. 15 months of FP is about to expire .. or is it not ???

My I-140: Mar/11/2003, My I-485: Apr/25/2003, Hoping TSC is really handling concurrent files for Last Apr.

I am also in same boat. I-140 and I-485 RD is 03-11-2003. FP in June 2003. Still waiting to hear from them. Hopefully something will come soon.

About 8 months ago, send letter Senator - No reply
Month ago posted letter to TSC, informing that my FP would expire soon and request to expedite the case
Two weeks ago, faxed same letter to TSC

Hope that it would be approved soon
 
Changed LUD (Last Update Date) to 07/28/2004 but message did not change

Today, I noticed that LUD date on my I-140 and I-485 has changed to 07/28/2004, but none of the messages have changed. What does this means ?
Do anybody have any idea ?

Approval or RFE

Actually LUD change in both 140 and 485 may mean you are about to get approval. Wait for the e-mail, it may come in today or tomorrow. Alternatively it may mean you got a RFE on both 140 and 485. As per the Fujie memo, the RFEs for 140 and 485 will ge generated together so it may even mean that. Best thing is they have picked up your case and if ur. FP does not expire soon, you stand a very good chance of ending this agony :D :D :D

Thinking that FP is valid for 15 months, it would expire in Sept 2004. It was done in late June 2003.

I did not get email today. Normally (from experience of 2 EAD's and 2 AP's), I get email in between 11am EST and 11.45am EST. That time has passed today.

My ND (on both I-140 and I-485) is 04/15/2003. Previously LUD was 04/12/2004 on I-140 and 04/15/2004 on I-485.

Keeping fingers crossed.

Others have reported that sometimes the LUD changes everyday for 3-4 days and then its approval and sometimes nothing.

EB2 (concurrent), RD: 3/14/03, FP:8/03

LUD (140): 3/19/03 ---No activity at all
LUD (485): 2/4/04

My LUD was 10/03/2003 for both 140/485, no news after that.
Recently the attorney made 3 calls, mail 2 letters and 1 fax for my case, but no response so far.

Don't know shall I make another call/fax...

Got a letter from CIS today, saying on date xxxx you, or the designated representative, contacted CIS about your case. Some of the key information given to us at that time was the following:

Case Number: ...
Case Type: I-140 Skilled Worker
Filing Date: 10/02/2002
....

In fact My filing date was 04/30/03, EB2, 140/485, heard nothing till now.
Anyone got similar letter recently?

Called attorney who told me the date with CIS may be wrong, but the date with Texas service center should be correct one, but how come they have different date?

Any suggestions, what shall I do?
