I-140 pending since March 2002 :(

RFE..

RFE is on company financials... Since they have incurred loss in 2003, they are preparing the reply, very carefully. Haven't filed the reply yet

I would definitely update if there is any progress on my status.

My I-140 finally got approved after two years.
I-140 RD March 2002
I-140 approved March 2004
EAD RD Sep 2002
EAD approval Feb 2004 (EAD did not arrive yet at new address)
I-485 ??
