I 140 pending since Aug 2002

Nothing unique about my case, I dont think so.

Actually, waiting since Aug 9th 2002. EB3 Labor Sub.

Any ideas what I need to do? Already called INS thrice and every time they say I'll hear in a month.

is it beacuse you have a later priority date due to labor sub.?
 
I have mine pending since Aug 1st 2002. EB3. I don't know what's wrong with my case or how long I have to wait... I called BCIS couple of times and they said they will get back to me in 30 days which they never did...It is really frustrating.. :confused:
 
Priority date is much earlier like in 2000 or something.

Not sure, what to do. I share your grief avvaru. Folks who have applied almost 1 year after us have already gotten their approvals. Its like being in a cage with no opening.
 
Hi guys !

It looks like USCIS has paid attention to long pending EB2 cases such as High5 , Ksekar , 08092002 etc . For all these it took almost 22 months for 140 . Now we are hearing about couple of long pending EB3 cases . I guess - they will pay attention to these also in couple of weeks .
