I 140 pending , keeping Priority date

Hi ,
Can anyone help me on I140 pending and priority date issue .

Employer has filed for I140 and its pending ,still not approved .
If I change my employer can I still keep my old priority date
with new employers GC filling .

1) If old employer revokes the I140
2) If old employer dosen't revokes it .

not 100% sure. since you haven't got your 140, if 1) happens, you lose everything, 2) happens, you may be ok
