I-140: RD: 10/2/2003, LUD: 10/7/2003

I-485: RD: 10/2/2003, FP: 1/6/2004

Anybody in the same boad as I am?

Not sure if it's official

I am not sure if it's official. My RD is 03/17/2003 but still has no news. As matter of fact, my LUD for I-140 is still 04/2003. They haven't touched my case for over a year. So that date (05/26/2003) they posted isn't accurate!

Mine is RD 04/02/03
FP done 05/27/03 no result

I beleive they are not caring processing dates but they are looking FP dates it seems.

Guys....I guess many of us are seeing the same thing....

My I40 RD: 3/14/03 and LUD: 03/19/03......

However my I-485 LUD is : 2/4/04.

Mine is EB2 ( Advanced degree or exceptional ability) and concurrent.

processing dates

Hey-

I have trouble believing the processing dates these day. I'm EB3 concurrent RD : 4/25/03 with FP done on 6/26/03. Nothing so far. I heard from a CIS officer that I should use the RD for the 485 when clooking at processing dates, but individuals on this forum write it should be the 140. Not sure which is which, but starting to feel a good deal of anxiety about the whole process give the LC going back to 1/02.

Looking for 485 processing date for concurrent filers is totally contradictory to the Ohata Memo. According to the Ohata Memo, it should be the I-140 RD. Please read the memo for yourself to clarify doubts (http://www.immigration.com/newsletter1/servcenterinstoni140i485.pdf).

With all due respect, I'm aware of what the Ohata memo says. But how many concurrent filers have been approved on this forum- I recall 2 in recent months. I'm wondering if anyone knows what to do next? Send a letter? Just wait? Thanks.

Really don't know what to do next!

Hi my dear friends on the same boat,

I really don't know what to do now! I faxed a letter to TSC last week regarding my FP (done on 05/17/03) but no news at all. My company attorney doesn't want to send inquiries to TSC and keeps telling me to be patient! I am often wondering how much more patience I still have?!
