IS IT a bad thing that I received the RFE for my I-140? I sent the application on Oct23, and received RFE on Dec.21. Didn\'t receive any receipt before the RFE. Thanks a lot.

Ask me to add some evidence such as what other people think of my work(I have include the citations of my papers)and says my evidences for EB1(6 or 7 evidencesout of those 10)are not obvious to them though they think I am an outstanding research. They say I can either add evidence or just use the original ones.
