I got email from USCIS today. My I-140 has been approved on June 7, 2004.
VSC.
Concurrent filing, I-140/485 on 10/17/2003.
No FPs yet
NO RFE.

It was normal GC.. no sub.
and yes still waiting approval for EAD.
RFE on EAD was for photocopy of passport data pages.

Hope to get this soon.

My EAD which had RFE has also been approved on 06/09 after the I-140 approval on 06/07.
