I-140 ND 10/09/03 approved

Hi All,
Long time reader... But first posting.

My salutations to the intelligent and often humorous discourse that this forum sees on a regular basis. People like Jharkhandi, Nemesis and Brigand deserve special thanks from all of us.

I got email from USCIS that my I-140 ND 10/09/03 has been approved on 06/07/04.

Below are the specifics:

EB2 RIR concurrent filing
I-140 ND 10/09/03
I-485 ND 10/10/03
No RFE
EAD and AP (I dont have the dates right now but they were approved sometime in early FEB)
FP date -- Not yet

Congratulations! VSC is going great guns, it seems like :) Good luck with I-485.

I just hope they get older cases (e.g. Mar-Sep 2003 ND) completely cleared soon too. Many of these older cases (from reports on this forum) do appear to be relatively straightforward situations, so what's keeping them on the hold??
 
did the last update date change in ur portfolio before the approval or u just got an approval. my last update date still shows 10/16/2003 so i think my case is not yet assigned to anyone.

Got Approved!
Online status changed to approved on june 7th.

I-140 ND:0ct 3rd 2003.
EB3.
filed concurrent(485/AP/EAD) on the same dates.

Looks like VSC is speeding up the 140 application during october.
I wish everyone to get their approval soon.
