I-140 Nd 06/25/03

Hi,

My I140 status still remains the same. I have seen so many people getting there approval after my date. Is there any one who is in the same time who they applied and didn't get there I-140 approved. Mine is a semi concurrent. I have asked my lawyer to do a status check. She told me that she will be sending a letter to them.

I140 - ND 06/25/03
I485- ND 08/20/03
Category - EB3

EAD and AP approved on 11/10/03

Labor RD: 01/31/2002
Labor AD: 05/15/2003

Semi-Concurrent
I-140 ND: 06/30/2003
I-485/EAD/AP ND: 12/22/2003
EAD AD: 04/21/2004
AP AD: 04/28/2004
I-140 AD: ????????
 
Same here I-140 RD 06-27-2003. Last update date on status check is 04/04/2004. But scase till not approved. What are your last update dates ?


Looks like our stack of files has been given to a lazy worker...the type that quotes baseball statistics from 1978 and discusses one's golf handicap while at work. :-)
 
I40 EB2 RIR original labor. rd 06/26, ND 07/10. No updates. :mad:

The attorney has supposedly initiated an inquiry last week. Said I should hear back in 30 days.

On a side note, a scan I ran for my ND last week came up with a little more than 50% of the cases approved. This means that almost 50% of the cases are not approved yet.

Hope springs eternal...

Answering your question. My last updated date on my case is 10/10/03 thats when i changed my address.

EAD and AP approved.

Do you know what is the last updated date on your case?
 
I40 EB2 RIR original labor. rd 06/27, ND 07/11. EAD / AP approved on 8/11. No FP notice yet.

Last update on 10/21, that is the day they used my papers to clean their lunch table and then trashed it.
