I 140 MTR/Appeal filed in Dec 2005

Did anybody here file an MTR / Appeal for I 140 in December 2005 ?

It has been 40 days since I filed mine and haven't heard anything from CSC. No LUD also ?

Anybody here in the same boat ?

Friend, you will be lucky to hear anything from AAO before one year. I filed mine in May 2005 AAO send it to Washington DC...thats it, no news after that.

Yeah I understand that, but I don't even know if my case has gone to AAO.

My lawyer told me that CSC normally sends the case to AAO within couple of weeks of cashing the check for the fee, if it intends to send the case to AAO.

But in my case there has been no news. The check was cashed in last week of Dec 2005.

Any ideas about this.
