I-140 LUD updated, After approval

I-140,I-485 LUDs updating everyday, but change in a message

Hi,

My I-140 and I-485 LUDs updated 3 days in a row 10/08,10/11 and 10/13 but no change in a message. Also I-485 LUD updated for kids and spouse on 10/11 and 10/13.

I got strange message stating 'On September 27, 2004, we mailed you a notice that we certified our approval of this case and sent it to the appellate body for review.'

My attorney didn't get my I-140 approval notice yet and she said that, when she called USCIS today they said that we need to give a call after 30 days of approval. Is that true?

I was thinking that,we can give them a call after 14days. Can I give a call directly to USCIS?

Not yet received the approval?

Hmmmmm.....My guess now is that, your case is all set to be approved under the concurrent method. Something tells me that you may see your 485/140 approval soon....Update us...

yayyyyyyyyyyy... I got my aproval notice tooo..But still site shows that crapy applute message for review ..
