I-140 LUD instead of I485

This morning, I checked case status and found that my I140 had LUD 10/28/2007 (yesterday, Sunday!?). However, my I485 has been peding since July 2005. Stuck with background check since then.

I sent a letter to Senator's office in this July and the officers are very helpful, they sent a letter to FBI in July and last week they got a notice from FBI saying my name checked already cleared and they sent a notice to USCIS too.

Not sure when will happen, already lost patience a long time ago.

Hope I am blessed too.

Do you know exactly when ur name check results were sent to USCIS from FBI ? Please let me know.

I do not know when FBI sent but I just madea INFOPASS appointment next month to find out. Hope there is some good news. All patience have died out.

I had a LUD on my I140 on 10/28.There are no LUD's on 485 till date.Did anyone have the same experience before.

All,
If any one has any experience on the I140 LUD's prior to I485 approval please provide your input.This would help us all lot.

I also saw LUD on the long time ago approved I-140 (see my signature). I hope somebody is working in my case.
