My I-140 LUD just changed to yesterday (12/14). My H1-B extension was approved the day before (12/13); the LUD for that application is also (12/14).
Anybody know if the I-140 LUD could have been due to the H1-B extension approval, and not because of processing on my I-140 itself?
I'm wondering whether to get excited that some action has been taken on my I-140.
My I-140 and I-485 notice dates are 03/12/2004. I'm going to be losing my job in a month and a half, so its a race against time for me!
