I-140 labor substitution approved within 15 days

What a relief and good news. I am still waiting for my original LCA from PBEC (more than 4 years now).
Recently came to know that my employer has another LCA with old PD.
We used that recently and within 15 days I-140 it got approved.

I always thought bad thing happened to me that my labor went to PBEC and now i have to face all the consequences but because of that bad thing I got another labor with old PD and now ready to go….

Now just singing songs……..

Labor Substitution: PD Jan 2000 CA EB3
I-140 receipt notice date Sept 18 2006
I-140 Last updated date Sept 25 2006
I-140 Approved date Oct 2 (Online status)

Yes very close

One thing I learn in this immigration “mess” is it’s all depends on many factors….
So it hard to predict depending on other’s case
Depending on analysis who is handling the case, depending on his mood when he is handling the case…depending on his driving experience while coming to office or something else…
my original labor is still pending for no reason...
