I-140 labor substitution approved within 15 days

What a relief and good news. I am still waiting for my original LCA from PBEC (more than 4 years now).
Recently came to know that my employer has another LCA with old PD.
We used that recently and within 15 days I-140 it got approved.

I always thought bad thing happened to me that my labor went to PBEC and now i have to face all the consequences but because of that bad thing I got another labor with old PD and now ready to go….

Now just singing songs……..

Where did you file your I-140, was it NSC or TSC. I heared we have to invariably file at NSC all I-140's.

Did you apply for I-140 using premium processing? How was it approved in 15 days? Which category was it in?
