Please post here the cases that were filed with labor substitution for I-140 or I140/I485 concurrent.

My details:

I140/I485 concurrent filing with copy of Labor certificate.

LC PD: 07/01/2002 - EB2
I140/I485 Receive date: 05/15/2006
I140/I485 Notification Date: 06/01/2006

LUDS:
I140: 07/29/2006

Approvals:
EAD/AP : Approved in End of June
I140:
I485:

I posted this in I-140 thread and didn't see any updates and thought of posting in NSC/TSC thread.

Is your case filed using the labor copy and the original labor was used in earlier I-140? Or is it because you/uscis lost original labor certificate? Did you inquire about your case? Is your case in TSC or NSC?

Please give more details.

I have done the same thing. My I-140 Rejeted and 485 get rejetected.
I have copy of pre approved labor.

i was very unlucky.
Now i have filed a new PERM labor which has been approved
