ND: 07/13
I-485
ND: 09/26

Please look at the following link. You will find a lot of ppl in the same boat. Looks like BCIS is processing concurent I-140s according to I-485 ND not the I-140 RD/ND. Share y'r experience and please update the below thread with y'r info so that we can track July'02 cases.
