I-140 Issue

My LC has been approved. In one of the employer details on the Labour Certification application the phone number has been mentioned incorrectly.

The experience letter from the employer however has everything correct - the skill sets , the period of employment and the contact phone number. Would this be a problem when I file my I-140.

Just had a naive question...
My labor was cleared in EB3. However, now I have not only completed my graduate studies (MBA) but also gained more than 5 years exp.
Is there anyway to convert the application to EB2 while filing for I-140/485?

Categorie depends on the requirements for the position, not on your education. If it was advertised for EB3, you are out of luck it seems.

You should get another approval for another position that requires MS/BS+5.
