hello friends,
NSC has sent RFE in Jan 2004, and requested evidence by April 19, 2004.
Requesting evidence for:
1) Company's financial ability to Pay.
2) Beneficiary W2 for 2003 and most recent pay stubs.
It was received by attorney and forwarded to employer to provide requested information ASAP. But they never informed me and also not yet responded to RFE. I did not know about this RFE until I checked it online yesterday (because I didn't have receipt #s). Immediately I contacted attorney and employer, Company has not filed tax returns for two years they took extension. They told me that they are preparing financial statement for last two years and it will be ready in a week.
1) Will this be sufficient evidence for 1 in the RFE?
2) my last year W2 is for 49k and GC privilege wage is 65k. Will it be a problem?
In case my company did not provide information, I really do not know what should I ask you guys. But I need your HELP in regards.
