Has anyone had to go for a personal interview for I-140 processing? I have filed my I-140 with Texas Service Center (Notice date of June 12th 2001) in June and on 29th of Nov this year, the message says that it has been turned over to Nebraska Service Center for scheduling and conducting a personal interview. Has anyone had to go through this? Please let me know what caused or what may have been the issue for conducting a personal interview?? Thanks in advance.
