I-140 Interview

Has anyone had to go for a personal interview for I-140 processing? I have filed my I-140 (Notice date of June 12th 2001) in June and on 29th of Nov this year, the message says that it has been turned over to Nebraska Service Center for scheduling and conducting a personal interview. Has anyone had to go through this? Please let me know what caused or what may have been the issue for conducting a personal interview??

I have not heard a single case appearing for an interview for I-140. If this is so then must be a recent development
 
Lost initial I-20 form.

I\'m going to apply my I-485 form and just I don\'t have any copy of my initial I-20 form. I also checked with the school I attended and was told they just destroyed my files since I graduate five years ago. Can anyone give some idea about how to get a copy from INS or how to explain this to INS? Thanks.
