I-140 Inquiry

My Layer sent an inquiry to TSC on Dec 9th , 2004 about my case status. Till now no response from TSC.

I-140 RD : 10/27/2003 EB3
I-485 RD : 02/21/2004
FP Done : 10/14/2004.

Normally how much time INS takes to send the response??

My Lawyer also sent an inquiry on 12/16. But no response yet. Lawyer said it would take 4 to 5 weeks to get some answer....! Let us update each other....!

My Employer intiated an inquiry to TSC on Dec 14th , 2004 about my case status. Till date no response from TSC. I called customer service, and the representative told me to wait till Jan14th and make a call, if I didn't receive nothing.

My employer initiated an enquiry on Oct 26,2004.So far no official reply to the enquiry.but my lawyer told they will approve 140 when they take 485 for approval.This is the info they got from TSC.Nothing seems to be consistant with TSC.Hoping they would take my case soon
