The website seems to track filers from Oct 2002-Sept 2003. All other mnths/year(s) comes up as "N/A".
This seems to be a excellent site for Oct'02-Sept'03 filers since it has information of ALL 485 cases for this period. It's a stupendous effort! If the site is updated on a daily or even on a weekly basis, it provides the most accurate picture about the overall progess of BCIS. For individual case details , Rupnet still scores

What we can see is that Rupnet is based on the date user input and www.immigrationwatch.com is based on real data for full scope. In that sense, I think the latter scores if you want to see the whole picture and the exact moving trend.
