I-140/I-485 LUD Same Day, Good or Bad?

My I-140 and I-485 LUD changed together on 6/29/05, after that, nothing happened. Is it a good sign or bad sign if I-140 and I-485 LUD on same day?
Any comments will be highly appreciated.

If you are concurrent and Non - Retro guy .... expect some good news soon ... otherwise wait till Oct 2005.
 
I-140 RFE (on Education) replied & received by NSC on 6/13. LUD changed for 4 days continously 6/13, 6/14, 6/15 & 6/16

Today I saw the LUD for my I-140 and I-485 change simultaneously but no change in messages.
I have filed my I-140/I-485 concurrently in EB3 (NSC).

In case of Denial does the LUD change?
