I-140/I-485 LUD changed on same day but no status change!!!

I applied I-140/I-485 concurrency filing on 3/18/2004 under EB3 category. Today for both of these cases, LUD got changed but there is no change in message. What does that mean? Any one has any idea of what's going on with my case?? no FP yet.

Is this happened to anyone else also??

My 140 LUD changed on 08/06/2004 and no status change till now. I am expecting a RFE. I think if no change in status happens in a couple of days, then the interpretation is that the first level officer opened the case but could not take further action on the case and the case is given to the second level officer. The second level officer may either approve the case or in most cases generate a RFE.

grunggy, If internal USCIS processing being performed on my case, how long should I expect to cleatr both? any idea?

I don't see any cases in forum that even if they file concurrently, they r getting approvals of i-140. why they r processing my file according to new rule?? is that good or bad??
